The Story Behind the Schleich Fairies:
Elves, fairies, witches, trolls and dwarves: all these magical creatures have one thing in common- they are mysterious beings who origins often go back hundreds of years.
The Real world of the elves is alien to human beings. |

It lies far beyond any reality in a place which no human has ever seen. Elves themselves call this place or rather this country, "Bayala", which means "the land of a thousand faces" in their language. The name therefore stems from the fact the land changes enchantingly from north to south and wonderful landscapes open up continously.
