Guide to Ordering

Utterly Horses WebsiteSTEP ONE: Decisions.
To make finding your perfect model easy, you will first need to decide one of the following:
a) What scale of model horse you would like to purchase Or
b) What type of model you would like to purchase?

Choice A
Utterly Horses product range revolves around five different scales of model horses. The scales and sizes can be quite difficult to understand so we have created an online size chart to help. The size chart gives approximate sizes of all the different makes of models and the difference between the scales.

Choice B
Utterly Horses stocks different types of Model- Models made from Plastic, Rubber, Resin and Porcelain. Are you looking for a Model to Collect or a Model to Play with?

All Models contained within the Product Line are Made from Plastic and Rubber. These are suitable to be played with and displayed on a collectors shelf. The only exception to this 'rule' is that models made of resin, Porcelain and Limited Edition Models can be found in the Connoisseur Section of our site. These models are breakable and are recommended for collecting, displaying and showing.

STEP TWO: Time to shop!
Armed with the knowledge from the previous step, you now know the type of model you are looking for.

On the left hand side of our website is a green bar (FIG 1), detailing the different scales- Traditional is the largest scale and Micro is the smallest. Our product range is categorized by Scale, making the possibility of buying things that do not fit together less likely. For example, if you buy a Traditional scale model horse, rugs and saddles that fit this model will be found in the same scale section. If you are looking for a Traditional Scale Model, Click on the Traditional green bar. If you are looking for a Classic Scale Model, Click on the Classic bar, and so on.

By Following these links, it will bring you to a page which displays the different types of models and categories within that scale (FIG 2). Click on the catergory that you are interested in. Once you have accessed the category you are interested in, a list of products (FIG 3) will be displayed. Simply click on the product you would like to see more information about.

UH Tip: If you are looking for a particular item on the site but can't seem to locate it, use the Search Box (FIG 4). The Search Box is located in the top left hand corner. Simply type what you are looking for, like for example: "Brown Horse" or "Milton" or the items product code "01232". The Search will return with results of items matching your search query.

To go back to the main scale page at any time, use the crumb trail at the top of the page or the purple option bar on the right hand side. (FIG 5 & 6)

STEP THREE: When you have found a item you would like to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Basket" icon in the bottom right hand corner, to put the item into your virtual shopping basket. (FIG 7)

Continue to purchase the items you require and then proceed to checkout. Clicking on the basket icon on the top green bar (FIG 8) or the checkout icon on the basket page (FIG 9) will take you to the shipping pages and the actual checkout pages. Please fill in all the required information.
