Four Steps to Ordering with Utterly Horses

Utterly Horses Guide to Simple Ordering:

 

Step 1: Picking your Items:
Within our range there are various scales and model sizes- Traditional Scale is the largest and Micro is the smallest. Each scale has their own line of stables, tack and accessories and this is how our website and catalogue is organised. You can either shop within the scales or mix the models together.


Step 2: Shop ‘til you drop
Mark out the items you would like, noting their item number and price. When you are ready to order, please call us (01371 856005) to reserve your items. Alternatively, orders can be placed online through our secure website. Please remember to tell us if you order is for a special occasion or date, so we can ensure the order arrives with you in good time.


Step 3: A Small Wait
Once your order has been received, we endeavour to despatch it promptly to arrive with you on average between 3-5 working days (often quicker) During busy times of the year, please order in plenty of time to ensure your items are in stock. We are happy to offer a next day service, Monday to Friday, but ask that your order be placed (either by telephone/online) by 12noon, the previous day.


Step 4: It Arrives!
Your parcel is delivered to you by one of our various delivery methods (Royal Mail or Courier) and normally a signature is required. On request we can ask our couriers to leave a parcel at a specific place- i.e in the shed if you are not in when a delivery is made. We must advise that if we put a special request on a parcel, that it then becomes classed as an “unattended delivery” and is not insured and cannot be replaced. When your order arrives, please open the parcel to ensure everything is correct. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 3 working days.
