 Delivery Times:The time between you placing your order and you receiving the order is on average about 3-5 days within the UK (often quicker!). During busy times of the year (Christmas) this time may be slightly longer. Please allow or advise if your order is needed for a specific date when ordering. We do offer a 24-hour service, Monday to Friday, for customers who wish to have their items next day. You would like your order on a next day service, we must ask that it is placed by 12noon, the day before you would like the parcel to arrive. Next day orders that are placed on Friday, will be delivered on the next working day- i.e Monday.
Post and Packing Details:Our post and packing costs are calculated by the delivery area and the order value.

Area 1: UK mainland only
Area 2: Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Area 3: European Union (including Southern Ireland)
Area 4: Rest of world. (please see details below)
Overseas Parcels, please call or e-mail for a delivery price estimate. Postage is charged at cost for all orders that are sent overseas. In some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery.

Alternative Delivery Address:
Sending a gift to a friend or relative is easy to- just complete the alternative address details within the checkout process and we will do the rest! Use work addresses if you would like to keep your parcel a surprise!
Special Requests:
On request, we can ask our couriers to leave a parcel at a specific place- i.e in the shed, if you are not in when the delivery is made. We must advise that if we put a special request on a parcel that is classed as a "unattended delivery" and it is not insured.
Pre Orders:
We offer our customers the ability to pre order certain items before they are in stock. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way you would for anything else. We won't charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the order to you. Pre ordered items placed on an order with in stock items will carry a seperate delivery charge.
 Overseas Deliverys:
We can ship orders anywhere in the world- we have customers on all four continents (we have yet to post to the Antarctic!) Postage for orders outside of the UK would be charged at cost and would depend on what items are ordered. You can place an order through the website and we can then give you a postage quote to ship the order or alternatively, please contact us before placing an order.
