Delivery Infomation

Delivery Times: The time between you placing your order and you receiving the order is on average about 2-3 days (often quicker!). During busy times of the year, for example at Christmas, this time may be slightly longer as we have to help Father Christmas with his Christmas shopping too! Please allow extra time at our busiest time of year and let us know if your require your order for a specific date.

We do offer a 24-hour delivery service for customers who wish to have their items next day (Monday-Friday) and a Saturday delivery option for weekend deliveries. There is also a timed delivery option.

Delivery Costs: For UK Mainland addresses, our postage costs are calculated on the order value and are as follows:

Under £19.00: £1.95
Over £19.01: £3.95

Premium Services:
Next Day Service: £7.50 (Monday-Friday only)
Before 12 Next Day Service: £15.00 (Monday-Friday only)
Saturday Service: £15.00 (untimed)

If you would like to use the premium services, please make sure your order is placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. This is our cut-off time for these services.

For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other British Islands (eg. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight), the postage costs are as follows:

Under £19.00: £1.95 (Travelling via First Class Post)
£15- £50.00: £4.95 (Travelling via First Class Post)
£50.01 upwards: £15.00 (Travelling via Tracked Courier)

Our Premium Services are not available for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and British Islands.

Overseas Delivery: We can ship anywhere in the world and have customers on all four continents (we have yet to post to the Antarctica!) Postage for orders outside of the UK is calculated on the order value* (*until a certain amount) and there are several different postage options, such as trackable services. An overview of the Overseas Shipping cost can be found below but don't worry, our clever website will give you shipping options when you go to checkout.

For orders that require Individual Postage Quotes, you can place an order through the website and we can then give you a postage quote to ship the order or alternatively, please contact us before placing an order. We must also mention that in some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery.
 

Alternative delivery address: Sending a gift to a friend or relative is easy too; just complete the alternative address details within the checkout process and we will do the rest! Use work addresses if you would like to keep your parcel a surprise! We can also make sure that the parcel has no UH logos on it if you would like it to be a secret surprise too- just let us know in the comments box on the checkout.

Special Requests: On request, we can ask our couriers to leave a parcel at a specific place (e.g in the shed) if you are not in when the delivery is made. We must advise that if we put a special request on a parcel that is classed as a "unattended delivery" and it is not insured.
