I must say that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. From your frequent updates, I knew when you received my order, when you shipped it, and when to expect my package. I also smiled at your special packaging as I opened the box. Wrapping the models in the colored tissue paper and adding the little horseshoes & horses made me feel like you truly value your customers. I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to order from an overseas Breyer dealer, but you made my experience a pleasure! Thank you for your e-mail. I can confirm that I received the order on Wednesday. I was very impressed with the quick service, packaging and overall order. Each item was individually labelled/ packaged. I had advised that it was for Christmas and it was a lovely touch with the Christmas confetti included in each package. I use many large retailers websites and would definitely rank the website and service as a whole as one of the best on the first impressions that I have received.

I placed an order with you on my daughters’ behalf last week. It arrived today, which couldn’t have been more perfect as she is off school not very well. I just had to let you know how thrilled she was that each little parcel was individually wrapped in pink tissue and that, even more fabulously, there were little confetti horses inside each one of them.
